CAP’s affiliated company, Cruz Associates, Inc. (CAI), is a provider of various engineering and technical disciplines to multiple Department of Defense Agencies. CAI is partnered with nearly a dozen teams in the technical and programmatic domains of AMCOM EXPRESS. CAI has a current GSA schedule and are a prime contractor on all seven SeaPort-E zones.
