Cruz Associates Pacific, LLC (CAP) is a HubZone certified and a 100% Chamorro-owned small disadvantaged business (SDB) formed to provide technical and logistics services primarily in the Pacific Region and the West Coast of the United States. It is currently providing comprehensive ordnance operations services to the U.S. Navy in Guam.
CAP is an affiliated company of Cruz Associates, Inc., meaning they both have the same ownership by the Cruz Family. The Cruz Family has been on Guam for untold generations and Ignacio was an 11-year-old boy at the time of the Japanese invasion, surviving the nearly 3-year occupation of the island.
